Departure along the west coast, passing through Plaza do Coído. Proceed along the sidewalk parallel to the coast towards Lourido beach.
Village without services. Ascent towards Mount Facho de Lourido (280 m), surrounded by wind turbines.
Village with a cross. Paved track through forest towards Guisamonde.
Dirt road ascending towards Frixe.
Section between meadows and corn fields. Bridge over the Castro River towards Vaosilveiro.
Center point of the stage. Several bars and accommodations. Church of Santo Estevo.
Section through corridors between pine forests. Optional detour to Rostro beach.
Section through the mountains towards San Salvador de Duio.
High section with views of the coast. Descent towards the church of San Martiño de Duio and entrance to Fisterra through the San Roque neighborhood.
