1. Acceptance of terms
By using Tu Camino (caminosantiago.app) and its mobile application, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Tu Camino is a digital information and community platform for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. It offers information on stages, hostels, interactive maps and a multilingual chat between pilgrims and hospitaleros.
3. User account
To access certain features you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Rules of conduct
By using the chat and community features, you agree not to post offensive, defamatory, spam or false information. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
5. User Content
By uploading photos or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform. You remain the owner of your content.
6. Service availability
The service is offered as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Information on stages and hostels is provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this information or the actual conditions of the Trail.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of León, Spain.
