Start in the Plaza del Obradoiro. Descent along the Costa do Cristo, crossing the Sarela river via a stone bridge. Narrow path uphill towards Sarela de Baixo.
Panoramic view of Compostela with the three towers of the cathedral. Advance through oak, pine and eucalyptus forests through small parishes.
Small nucleus with bar. Medieval bridge crossing over the Roxos stream.
High point with inn-restaurant. Descent along the AC-453 highway.

Ascent along the Camiño Real to Alto do Mar de Ovellas (270 m). Source available. Descent towards the Tambre river valley.

Medieval five-eyed bridge over the Tambre river. Historic center with bar-restaurant. Entrance to the Negreira town hall.
